Where the Data Commissioner is satisfied that the applicant
fulfills the requirements for registration under these Regulations, the
Data Commissioner shall, within fourteen days—
(a) issue the applicant with a certificate of registration for the
duration specified under regulation 9; and
(b) enter the particulars of the successful applicant in the
register.
