55—Exemptions for public interest

55.

For the purposes of section 51(2) (b) of the Act, the processing of personal data is exempted from the Act on the grounds of public interest where such processing exists as a—

  1. (a)  permitted general situation; or
  2. (b)  permitted health situation.
